How You’ll Make An Impact
- Design, lead, and continuously improve training and development programs that build skills, performance, and engagement.
- Partner with HUB leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support functions to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
- Enhance onboarding programs to support successful integration and early productivity.
- Track, analyze, and act on training KPIs to improve program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Execute training plans aligned to business and operational goals.
- Maintain and optimize training systems to track, monitor, and measure learning effectiveness.
- Develop training materials and empower Trainers to deliver engaging sessions using adult learning principles.
- Promote accountability for training through insights on engagement and capability development.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing, administering, and delivering training programs.
- Hands‑on experience with lean management systems.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, evolving, matrixed manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management capability, including stakeholder engagement and milestone delivery.
- Effective communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
