How you'll make an impact
- Perform quality assurance testing in a laboratory environment.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical measurements and evaluations.
- Analyze physical and electrical characteristics of products and components.
- Operate specialized laboratory and high-voltage testing equipment.
- Review and interpret test results to verify compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, including insulation-related failures.
- Maintain accurate test records and prepare detailed customer reports.
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, testing, or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze data, perform calculations, and document results accurately.
- Experience using laboratory, testing, or diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
