How you'll make an impact
- Review RFQs and sales opportunities to understand customer requirements
- Lead the preparation of bids, quotations, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to develop winning proposals
- Analyze technical specifications and align solutions with customer needs
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
- Coordinate risk reviews and internal approval processes
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant proposal submissions
- Support contract award activities and project handover to execution teams
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, proposal management, marketing, or project-related roles
- Experience working with technical products, equipment, or industrial solutions preferred
- Knowledge of transformers, power systems, or electrical equipment is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analysis tools such as Power BI
- Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills
