How You'll Make An Impact
- Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs
- Manage tender timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions
- Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions
- Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates plus present risk reviews
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation and perform quality checks
- Engage with customers and suppliers to clarify requirements and support a positive experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical is preferable.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- 7 years of experience in tender/bidding/sales position.
- Experience in Power Quality Solutions / FACTS solutions (STATCOM, SVC, Synchronous Condensers) or HV Substations for Grid Connect Solutions & Data Center (including BESS).
- Proven ability to work in a process orientated, disciplined, and structured with a high commitment to results.
- Proactive in establishing effective relationships and engaging with various team members.
- Oriented to a leadership role since will lead multi discipline team to interface with all internal company areas and external partners.
- Ability to travel 10-15%.
