How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the daily operations of the maintenance department.
- Guide, mentor, and support maintenance technicians and staff.
- Develop and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Oversee repairs and projects to ensure safe, timely, cost‑effective completion.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and manage resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and all relevant safety standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare data‑driven reports.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan facility improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical field.
- 7–10 years of maintenance leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, repair procedures, and maintenance systems.
- Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance analytics.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and leading teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
