How You'll Make an Impact
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support business decision-making.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives.
- Champion HR programs, policies, and best practices across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Foster positive employee and labor relations while supporting a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Build collaborative relationships with local and international union leadership to address concerns and resolve disputes effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 12 to 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and organizational development principles.
- Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with union leadership, handling grievances, and achieving effective dispute resolution outcomes.
