How You’ll Make An Impact
- Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
- Ensure production schedules align with demand plans and inventory goals.
- Drive execution of volume, quality, and on-time delivery objectives.
- Identify and implement improvements to boost performance and efficiency.
- Manage critical product or equipment issues with cross-functional teams.
- Recommend technical upgrades for equipment and facilities.
- Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience with workforce management tools (e.g., Kronos).
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
