How You’ll Make An Impact
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with HSE and 5S standards.
- Develop capacity plans and align production execution with business strategy.
- Lead daily production operations and adjust schedules to meet customer demand.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage production budgets and implement cost‑control measures.
- Allocate materials, equipment, and labor to maximize output.
- Strengthen quality and compliance across products and processes.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5 years of manufacturing experience; SAP ERP experience required.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean concepts, and quality systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and developing teams.
- Skilled in analyzing operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics.
- Strong communication skills; MS Office and Power BI experience is a plus.
