How You’ll Make An Impact
- Perform inspections on incoming materials and in-process components
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate, traceable documentation
- Label compliant components and manage identification processes
- Identify and report non-conformances to relevant stakeholders
- Support non-conformance management and containment activities
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Contribute to risk assessments and PFMEA activities
- Provide input to improve inspection processes and quality controls
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-related field
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or inspection
- Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices
- Experience performing inspections using standard tools and techniques
- Basic knowledge of continuous improvement or problem-solving methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
