How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support development of risk assessments, work instructions, and process documentation
- Participate in kaizen events to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Assist with lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S and visual management
- Provide tooling and fixture support for assembly processes
- Help maintain machine uptime and preventive maintenance
- Prepare EHS and process reports for plant leadership
- Troubleshoot routine engineering issues and support complex problem-solving
- Use software tools to analyze data and support engineering operations
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
- Associate degree in engineering or related field
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and accomplishments
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Experience with technical documentation and process control
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
