How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide care for work-related and non-work-related injuries and illness
- Lead injury case management and return-to-work coordination
- Partner with external providers and workers’ compensation teams
- Maintain OSHA logs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Administer occupational health programs (e.g., hearing, respiratory)
- Conduct medical evaluations and pre-employment screenings
- Support emergency preparedness and train First Responder Team
- Promote wellness through education, screenings, and vaccination programs
- Active RN or LPN license in Virginia
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace health standards
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
