How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead continuous improvement using ITM (Lean) fundamentals supported by digital solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build a strong improvement and digital mindset
- Facilitate Kaizen events using tools such as 5S, visual management, daily management, and value stream mapping
- Develop and sustain KPI visibility through Power BI dashboards and performance reviews
- Digitize manual processes using Power Apps or other low-code tools
- Support ITM assessments, action plans, and standardized ways of working
- Lead cost-out and productivity initiatives using Lean methods and data analytics
- Coach and develop leaders and teams in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement
- Experience leading Kaizen events and influencing across functions and levels
- Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and performance management
- Experience with Power Apps or other low-code platforms
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred; experience with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar systems is a plus
