The Opportunity

We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 3rd shift to lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining and improving equipment reliability for our distribution transformer manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, optimize resources, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment. How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and manage preventative maintenance plans aligned with organizational goals.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, labor allocation, and equipment access.
Lead and mentor maintenance technicians to build a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with safety programs and maintain a clean, secure work environment.
Analyze data to identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions.
Track and improve key maintenance metrics such as asset utilization and schedule compliance.
Manage inventory of critical parts, tools, and consumables.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience, OR
Associate's Degree plus 4 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience, OR
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience.
Previous leadership experience with high-performance teams.
Knowledge of continuous improvement systems and safety compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work all shifts and occasional weekends.
