How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead IT service delivery for assigned factory sites
- Serve as the primary IT escalation point for the business
- Ensure effective ticket management, triage, and resolution
- Deliver and support onsite IT infrastructure and applications
- Oversee local IT governance, security, and cybersecurity response
- Manage IT demand intake and prioritize business requirements
- Lead IT build and improvement projects at site level
- Coordinate IT vendors and global delivery teams
- Plan and control site IT budget and costs
- Enable secure machine and network connectivity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- 2 years in an IT leadership or management role
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
- Project management experience for complex initiatives
- Strong communication skills in English; additional local language skills valued
- MS Office products including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
- ServiceNow (SNOW) Enterprise IT Management Platform
- Microsoft DevOps and Microsoft Azure
- SAP S/4HANA
