How You'll Make An Impact

- Support the continuous improvement of HSE management systems and safety culture initiatives.
- Lead risk assessments with a focus on serious incident prevention and operational safety.
- Facilitate Learning Teams and Operational Learning activities to strengthen organizational learning.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute HSE strategies and factory objectives.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective actions.
- Conduct audits, inspections, reporting, and performance analysis to improve HSE outcomes.
- Coach and mentor operations teams and HSE Technicians while supporting facility expansion projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HSE experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within cross-functional or matrixed organizations.
- Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM.
- Experience with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Confidence using digital tools and technology-driven management systems.
