A Focus Factory Manager manages or assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.). This position will plan, direct, and monitor production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/waste targets, and quality standards. The Focus Factory Manager will also work with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources. This position is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions. The position supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees.
Responsibilities typically include: Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results and ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure the smooth operation of production lines.
- Manage electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and nitrogen installations.
- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians.
- Administer department expenses and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate and manage construction projects, equipment changes, and fire protection systems.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize energy usage and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop production schedules and allocate resources.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Will accept a combination of education and experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in plant maintenance and facilities management.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems.
- Experience in project management and construction.
- Basic proficiency in English.
