Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact- Champion a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination.
- Lead and mature ITM deployment activities across the Factory.
- Facilitate kaizen events aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
- Train, coach, and develop teams on ITM tools and methods.
- Lead Costout projects and guide others through successful execution.
- Collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
- Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada.
- Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
- Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
- Experience leading change and influencing without authority.
- Familiarity with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems.
