How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP and planning tools.
Adjust plans to meet changing material availability, equipment status, and customer priorities.
Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely resource availability.
Monitor progress and revise schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Lead and guide scheduling staff to achieve departmental goals.
Utilize ERP systems to track production plans and maintain accurate records.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
5 years of experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing.
1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and scheduling software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
