How You'll Make An Impact
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean/ITM principles and tools
- Partner across teams to eliminate waste and optimize processes
- Lead Kaizen events to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Support deployment and maturity of the ITM system
- Coach and train teams on Lean tools and problem-solving methods
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
- Promote a culture of accountability and employee engagement
- Influence and guide teams through sustainable change
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 1 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement
- Experience with Lean systems (e.g., ITM, TPS, Danaher, Honeywell)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work across all levels in a fast-paced environment
- Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
