How You’ll Make An Impact
- Identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with category teams and engineering.
- Lead competitive bid analysis to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Manage supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Support proposal teams with market insights and supplier recommendations.
- Act as the primary contact for suppliers from order to invoice.
- Align supplier orders with customer and project requirements.
- Initiate and manage purchase orders using SAP systems.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
