How You’ll Make An Impact
- Request and evaluate supplier quotations to meet technical and delivery requirements.
- Assess supplier capabilities for high-priority or complex products and services.
- Prepare bid comparisons and select the most qualified suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms and conditions.
- Issue and manage purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues proactively.
- Resolve non-conformance claims and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Recommend and implement procurement technologies to boost efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Industry certification preferred (e.g., CPSM, CPIM).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in SAP and using and understanding MRP/ERP systems.
