How You'll Make an Impact
- Design and develop Power BI architecture for over 2,000 users.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure operational data availability.
- Create frameworks for functional specifications, report development, and user testing.
- Establish processes for user access management and shared reporting.
- Mentor and perform peer reviews for less experienced BI Analysts.
- Implement new standards, technologies, and tactical solutions.
- Educate colleagues on data flows and report development.
- Provide frequent project updates to leadership and manage timelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis using Power BI.
- Strong communication skills and experience in designing and implementing BI solutions.
- Proven ability to gather business data requirements and work with end users.
- Experience in identifying new data requirements and reporting mechanisms.
- Independent worker with the ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively.
