Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact
Develop and execute business development strategies for the C&I Data Center market.
Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities across hyperscale and colocation customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, commercial, legal, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.
Represent Hitachi Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Prepare and deliver market and segment insights that support sales and marketing initiatives.
Promote innovation, thought leadership, and customer value across the data center sector.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within Commercial & Industrial markets.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Strong understanding of data center and C&I market trends, challenges, and technologies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
Ability and willingness to travel 25-50% for customer meetings and industry events.
