How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate BIM workflows and digital project information from design through construction.
- Support engineering teams with digitalization initiatives, processes, and tools.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
- Facilitate BIM coordination activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Configure, manage, and maintain project models, datasets, and workflows.
- Provide technical support and guidance on BIM authoring tools and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process enhancements, and value-added solutions.
- Support training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of engineering technologies.
- Associate degree in Engineering Drafting, CAD, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, BIM methodologies, or digital design environments.
- Experience using Autodesk solutions such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Forma.
- Strong understanding of model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary project collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that permits employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States.
