How You'll Make An Impact
- Identify, recommend, and implement application technologies and IT solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Support application design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, application managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
- Manage and support the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Provide application support and resolve issues to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Deliver user training and enable adoption of new tools and processes.
- Maintain and manage application records and data within ServiceNow CMDB.
- Ensure compliance with application governance standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application management and service delivery within a multinational environment.
- Experience working with global, virtual teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C , VB.Net, or MSSQL.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and development platforms such as Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives.
