Our SAP Practice is one of the fastest-growing within our global organization, focused on driving cloud transformation and business value through SAP S/4HANA and public-cloud solutions. We collaborate closely with SAP and our customers to deliver agile, outcome-driven solutions that make an impact.
The role
We’re seeking a highly connected, results-driven SAP Sales Director to expand Hitachi Digital Services’ SAP footprint across North America. This individual contributor "hunter" role will focus on net-new logo acquisition, pipeline growth, and strategic engagement across the SAP ecosystem.
The ideal candidate already speaks the language of SAP sales — you understand the Cloud Choice Flex (CCF) process, maintain strong relationships with SAP Account Executives and VPs, and can generate pipeline both through SAP collaboration and your own direct prospecting. You’ll represent Hitachi’s full SAP portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA, Rise/Grow, and public-cloud solutions such as Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, IBP, BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

What You’ll Bring
- 10 years of professional services sales experience, including 5 years focused on SAP software and services
- Proven track record closing SAP Rise or Grow deals within the last two years
- Deep understanding of SAP’s ecosystem and familiarity with the Cloud Choice Flex (CCF) process
- Existing relationships with SAP AEs, VPs, and partner organizations
- Experience selling public-cloud and embedded SAP solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, IBP, BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Demonstrated success generating new business through both SAP collaboration and direct prospecting
- Strong negotiation, executive communication, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to operate independently and close multimillion-dollar mid-market deals
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel as needed
