Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with assigned outside sales reps to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for account expansion.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to devise effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as an inside sales representative.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
