Manager - Congregate Living

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day program operations, support and mentor Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. You’ll work closely with Program Coordinators and leadership to keep programs running smoothly while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Managers.

• Ensure individualized program needs are met through active participation in ISP/IEP meetings.

• Create and manage staff schedules, provide coverage when needed, and communicate changes promptly.

• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; foster a positive, supportive team culture.

• Ensure accurate documentation, data tracking, financial records, and timely reports.

• Maintain safe, well-supplied, and welcoming homes and agency vehicles.

• Ensure compliance with agency policies, confidentiality standards, and state licensure requirements.

• Participate in on-call rotation, staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

• If applicable, carry out delegated nursing interventions and medication administration requirements.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

• Additional experience and/or a four-year degree in a related human services field is a plus.

• Must obtain DD certification within 18 months of hire.

• Position includes a six-month introductory period.

Salary : $30 - $35
