What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility, and personal care.
- Support residents with medications, exercise, and wellness routines as trained.
- Encourage independence, dignity, and choice while providing person-centered care.
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming home.
- Accompany residents on outings, appointments, shopping trips, and recreational activities.
- Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
- Complete documentation accurately and follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:Education and Experience
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred
- Experience working with older adults, individuals with brain injuries, or individuals with disabilities.
- Direct support or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
Certificates, Licenses, and Requirements
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframe.
- Nurse Aide certification, if required by assignment.
- Medication Assistant 1 certification, if required by assignment.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record if operating agency vehicles.
Salary : $18 - $22
