Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving concerns promptly
- Demonstrate knowledge of fine dining protocols and food industry standards
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and revenue
