GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE
Provide direct telemarketing for customer leads that are registered in our system and other sources. Compiles data and information from leads into our data system and solicits appointments in our communities. This role requires work at the company Support Center and at home. Must possess excellent verbal engagement skills and the ability to convert conversations into virtual or in person appointments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, and other duties may be assigned)
- Provide an exceptional interactive experience for our internet customers through the use of phone, email and online live chat
- Educating internet customers on current and future community and product offerings, effectively creating desire to visit our model homes and/or to set a sales appointment
- Qualify incoming leads based on home requirements and needs
- Provide consistent follow up with home shoppers via outbound phone calls and emails with the goal of setting virtual and in-person appointments for our onsite Sales Consultants
- Log all communication with customers in lead management software
- Utilize call center software, live chat and other web-based tools
- Have a competent understanding of each community’s offerings at all times
- Effectively communicate HistoryMaker Homes guiding principles and values
- Follows hourly lead system set forth by management to ensure all leads are assigned to every member of the Online Sales Consultant Team. See Online Sales Consultant Schedule
- And other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous sales and/or online customer service experience is preferred. Because this job requires extensive use of the internet, a high speed connection of at least 10Mbps using fiber or copper (no wireless) is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Online Sales Consultants work a 5-day per week schedule – Full-Time Position (40 hours). Attendance in the main office is required 1-2x per week for sales meetings, training meetings or other meetings as determined; 1-2x per week working from model homes/communities; 1-2x per week working remote from home. Holiday, personal, vacation and sick days are posted in the HMH employee handbook (specific to Sales Consultants).
Salary : $62,100 - $78,600
