Highlights of the Resident Services Assistant Position:
- Must have 2 years of healthcare related experience
- Certified Dementia Practitioner a plus
- Ability to assist with scheduling Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
