Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor

Duties:

- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with guest check-out and ensure all charges are accounted for
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Perform night shift duties including patrolling property, answering phone calls and emails and setting up breakfast services

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
