Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and professional Waitstaff to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. We are looking for Bartenders, Servers, Runners, and Dishwashers. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in hospitality, food handling, and customer relations within a fast-paced culinary setting. Prior experience in fine dining or food service is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems. The position requires excellent time management, upselling abilities, and a passion for providing memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely service during busy hours
- Support event service or special functions as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining settings
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally
- Experience in upselling menu items and managing guest interactions effectively
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and transactions accurately
- Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/host roles is advantageous
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- TIPS and ServSafe certification a plus
- Bartender must be 21 , Servers must be 18
