Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Guest Relations and Support Associate to create a welcoming and positive environment for our guests and community members. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will greet guests at the front desk and collaborate with various teams to promote a positive experience. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will assist all individuals engaging with our organization.
Duties
- Be the first point of contact for Guest Relations for Arnolds Park.
- Daily administrative tasks and special projects.
- Greet guests warmly, provide information, and assist with their inquiries to ensure a positive first impression
- Facilitate communication between guests, staff, and external agencies to address concerns or emergencies promptly
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse populations clearly and empathetically
- Need a person well versed in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets,
- Experience with front desk or executive assistant type of roles is preferred.
