We are seeking a proactive and science-driven Sales Manager to lead U.S. sales and clinical outreach efforts for FibroSIGHT™, our proprietary stain-free tissue analysis service for liver disease. The ideal candidate has a background in life sciences or healthcare, strong B2B and B2C sales experience, and a passion for introducing innovative solutions to clinicians and care teams. You’ll be responsible for expanding our clinical footprint, cultivating relationships with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and clinical labs, and supporting the successful adoption of FibroSIGHT™ services across healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell FibroSIGHT™ services to clinicians, healthcare providers, and laboratory partners across the U.S.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, nurse practitioners, and other stakeholders in liver disease care.
- Conduct outreach to new clinics and providers, educating them on the clinical value of FibroSIGHT™ and how to integrate it into their workflows.
- Deliver product training to nurses, lab personnel, and practice managers to ensure seamless onboarding and service utilization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, and operations) to support customer engagement and ensure service excellence.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and key account progress using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at regional and national healthcare conferences, workshops, and webinars.
- Stay updated on market trends, clinical guidelines in liver disease, and competitor offerings to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare field (advanced degree or MBA is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, clinical diagnostics, or medical device/services.
- Proven ability to build and grow a sales territory within the U.S. healthcare market.
- Comfortable engaging with clinicians and clinical staff; ability to present scientific concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience delivering training or technical support in a clinical or laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with liver disease care (e.g., NASH, NAFLD, fibrosis) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to travel (~50% of time) regionally and nationally to meet with clients and attend events.
