Technology Architecture Science Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Architecture Science Manager in Arlington, VA, and the job duties are as follows:

• Identify business requirements and corresponding cloud-based solutions.
• Plan and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation and migration to drive next-generation business outcomes.
• Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team.
• Meet with technology managers and design teams to discuss business goals and needs.
• Designing scalable architecture systems for java-based applications.
• Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
• Documenting new design specifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Architecture development, integration of backend systems, and development;
• DevOps and testing tools including Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube; and
• Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) and DevOps development environment.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Agile methodology; and
• API Gateway tools including Apigee and AKANA.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Building API and microservices using Spring WebFlux framework;
• Designing and architecting microservices and REST services development; and
• Utilizing containerization and cloud technologies including OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
