Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, People Analytics Workforce Planning & Visier to join our People Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the Enterprise Workforce Planning process as a member of the Visier product team.
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders to build new analyses for users in Oracle, Visier, and other tools.
- Provide documentation, training, & guidance to users on People Analytics products.
- Support data onboarding and data quality projects across various initiatives.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
- Someone with a strong growth and learning mindset
- 1-3 years experience data analytics and data visualization
