What Assembly contributes to Cardinal Health
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production to put together component parts to make assemblies, sub-assemblies or completed units, using standard operating procedures. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supports the training and skills improvement of new and existing employees
- Maintain and update training records and certifications for all employees
- Act as a site champion for all training questions and issues from associates related to the Inbound or Outbound operations
- Regularly solicit feedback on opportunities to improve training programs
- Retain appropriate PIT licenses and certifications related to the job
- Develop and execute action plans to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the effectiveness of the training program

Anticipated hourly range : $15.50 per hour - $22.00 per hour
