You are:

An innovator and problem-solver. You're an expert when it comes to protecting on-prem and cloud-based systems. And you can configure and deploy any security tool that comes across your desk. While staying on your toes, you design customized and cutting-edge solutions. You know security solutioning requires knowledge of infrastructure, trusted applications, continuous monitoring proper implementation of security appliances and virtual machines. You understand who or what is connecting to the network and how to properly implement security frameworks such as Access Control and Zero Trust.

The work:

• Serve as a strategic technical consultant, working with a team of quantum information science professionals responsible for creation and execution of advanced government-funded research and development programs in microelectronics, including the latest quantum photonics technologies for disruptive applications in sensing, communications, and computing.

Here's what you need:

• 4 years of experience in one of the following spaces: Cloud, Software development, Infrastructure, Cyber (Graduate research work can be considered)
• Experience in optics R & D, including graduate research work
• Experience with integrated photonics and/or chip-scale photonic devices
• Knowledge of quantum physics and/or quantum optics
• Responsible for leading teams/projects or workstreams where you were the decision -maker, coach, mentor, developed the team skills and/or managed conflict

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with precision measurement or quantum measurement
• Experience designing, fabricating, or testing chip-scale photonic devices or circuits
• Knowledge of nonlinear optics
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication tools and processes
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Doctorate degree in Physics or EE

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.?As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and????

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role?

California: $105,200 to $191, 700

Colorado: $105,200-$165,600

New York City: $121,700-191,700

Washington: $96,600-$152,700
