The work:

Carries out complex information systems and/or information technology tasks within commercial cloud environments. Implements and troubleshoots JIRA and Confluence cloud-based systems to protect the integrity and availability of infrastructure. Collaborates with cross-functional teams for the deployment and ongoing support of JIRA services to both internal stakeholders and clients. Participates in the system and storage design and implements configurations to meet program and customer needs.

Here's what you need:

• 3 years' experience Administering JIRA Systems.
• 3 years' experience with Jira installation, configuration, upgrades, security patches and maintenance.
• Monitors, diagnoses, and resolves complex issues.

Bonus points if you point:

• Install and or update JIRA or Confluence

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.?As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the following stated as set forth below and????

California: $73,900-$128,800

Colorado: $73,900-$111,200

Connecticut- $73,900-$111,200

Nevada - $73,900-$111,200

New York City: $85,500-$128,800

Rhode Island - $78,600-118,500

Washington: $78,600-$118,500
