Engineering and Manufacturing Value Chain Consultant (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Engineering and Manufacturing Value Chain Consultant in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:

• Gather and develop business and product requirements for IOT applications and service development, help clients define new features, recommend solutions based on data analysis, and oversee the development and optimization of business products, processes, or services.
• Design and develop organizational operational support processes for product features to be developed, including reviewing and documenting requirements with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Assist clients with managing change within the organization by identifying change impact and impact on the organization.
• Utilize design thinking methodology to pressure test innovative ideas and processes.
• Design customized trainings, workshops, and events.
• Develop, document, and revise operational design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Track KPIs to monitor systemic change and enable change network to address new issues.
• Support technical experts in leading operational issues and incident management initiatives and conduct root cause analysis to assist with issue resolution.
• Support project management activities including setting up and moderating project processes, master plans, project deliverables, and critical timelines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in the consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Change and organizational Management, including organizational process development;
• Implementing Internet of Things (IoT) applications; and
• Implementing Automotive Telematics, Connected Car, and Shared Mobility solutions.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Organizational design and optimization;
• Integrating custom IT solutions and application services with vehicles;
• Utilizing project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, and Smartsheet;
• Utilizing analytics and BI tools including Tableau and Google analytics; and
• Vendor and partnership management.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
