The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Program and Project Management Governance at Citi through the establishment of, and monitoring compliance to, the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standard.
The CPMC Governance & Standards pillar establishes and defines minimum requirements for the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standards. The task force assesses adequacy of, authors, and monitors adherence and compliance to the PM Policy, Standards and Procedures.
The CPMC Governance & Standards Analyst will include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Identify industry best practices and internal/external drivers for potential changes to Citi PM Policy (CPPMP) and Standard (CPPMS), maintain awareness of the current state of organizational PM processes.
- Participate and/or lead via collaborative taskforces to update CPPMP, CPPMS, Citi Program and Project Management Procedure (Citi PM in a Box) and Org PMO Charters for adherence to the updated standards.
- Foster relationships with Org PMOs representatives to identify what changes are needed and for adhering to PM Procedures and PM Tools.
- Participate on and/or lead the CPMC Governance & Standards Taskforce for periodic discussion on topics related policy, standards, procedures and best practices.
- Responsible for UAT for PTS 2.0 with focus on verifying functionality against compliance with CPPMP, CPPMS and/or Citi PM in a Box procedure
- Participate in the creation of PM procedure training led by CPMC Capabilities Team.
- Facilitate the CPMC PMO Thematic process.
- Facilitate the CPMC Working Team meetings.
- Lead a team of cross Org PMO analysts to accomplish additional deliverables as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or business required.
- Track record of exceptional performance.
- 6 - 10 years' experience in Project, Program Management Governance, and Execution, including Agile.
- Expert knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and MS Project is a must. SharePoint experience preferred.
- PMP Certification highly recommended.
- Experience with PM Tools and with reporting the project book of work from different lenses.
- Experience in partnering across virtual teams.
- Knowledge of the Citi PM Policy and PM Standards or the equivalent, and knowledge of the interaction with industry level standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions.
