Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Columbus, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Columbus, OH, and the job duties are as follows:

• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Maintain applications according to SLAs.
• Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
• Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for implementation by the team.
• Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
• Lead a large team of Data and Analytics admins providing day-to-day production support and serve as primary client point of contact for all Data and Analytics related issues and drive the team to meet all SLA and client requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Leading build projects and implementations of SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Objects;
• Production support, including Incident and Change Management, Release delivery, maintenance planning, and delivery for SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Business Objects;
• Building and supporting AtScale data pipelines with integrated Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence;
• Migrating Teradata solutions to Google data analytics solutions;
• Solutioning and support of Google Big Query data warehouse and data cloud solutions;
• Production support for Amazon Web Services data cloud solutions;
• Test planning and management across SAP Data and Analytics platforms, including test case creation to ensure proper test coverage and data creation;
• Deployment planning and management in SAP Data and Analytics, Google Big Query, and AtScale; and
• Project planning and management across clients, and onshore and offshore teams.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
