What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payout Calculation & Support Manager position at Hispanic Market Developer?
Hispanic Market Developer is now expanding and hiring a Payout Calculation & Support Manager to manage and execute the payout to our activists and agents, as well as other payout support and human resources related activities. The main responsibility for the Payout Calculation Manager is to guarantee payouts are calculated in a precise manner and in time every week, making sure all law requirements are followed, as well as providing feedback to our activists and agents when requested.
*Responsibilities
- Create Excel models for precise payout calculation
- Manage and maintain our payout system up to date
- Maintaining records of manual transactions and integrating them seamlessly into payout calculations
- Procuring the documents required by law from our partners by calling and following up to make sure they are delivered
- Making ad-hoc Excel reports when required
- Reporting to management
- Execute the payroll and other payments for our activists and agents
- Calculate payroll in Excel file every week
- Run Payroll in ADP Workforce Now and other forms of payment (direct deposit, ACH, etc)
- Make reports of Payroll costs
- Be in charge of payroll support.
*Experience
· Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is an absolute must ( 3 years, willing to be tested on this skill)
· Knowledge and understanding of ADP Workforce Now
· SQL knowledge is a huge plus
· Business analytics background will be highly valued
· Fluent in both English and Spanish
· Able to multitask under pressure
