We deliver high-quality residential and commercial landscaping, enhancement, and maintenance services — and we take pride in both the work we do and the team we've built. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our installation and enhancements crew.
What you'll be doing
- Performing landscape installation work including planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals
- Installing mulch, edging, stone, and other landscape enhancements
- Assisting with grading, soil preparation, and site cleanup
- Operating a variety of landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Following crew leader direction to complete jobs on schedule and to standard
- Maintaining a clean, professional appearance on job sites
- Reliable transportation to and from work — this is a must
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, power tools, etc.) or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor — lifting, digging, and working on your feet all day
- A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Prior landscaping or horticulture knowledge is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
