Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certification in Parent Education or related training.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct educational workshops and individual sessions for parents and caregivers on topics related to child development, parenting skills, and available community resources.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage families and promote program participation.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and service providers to create a network of support for families.
  • Assess the needs of families and provide tailored resources and referrals to appropriate services.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the community.
