What You’ll DoKey Responsibilities:
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team of 40 clinicians, interns, and support staff
- Oversee, review, and approve treatment plans, treatment plan updates, and discharge summaries
- Review clinical records to ensure accuracy, quality of care, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures
- Participate in the development and revision of policies, procedures, and program goals
- Conduct regular case staffing and supervision sessions with clinicians and interns
- Provide ongoing clinical consultation, guidance, and support to staff
- Monitor case progress and evaluate therapeutic interventions to ensure quality outcomes
- Assess psychosocial factors and support clinicians in developing or modifying treatment plans
- Perform intakes/LE's
- Approve case transfers, terminations, and alternative treatment approaches as needed
- Assist with case assignments and workload distribution
- Schedule and facilitate training sessions for clinical staff and new hires
- Provide guidance and consultation to student interns regarding agency services and protocols
- Support performance evaluations and assist in disciplinary processes when necessary
- Maintain a small caseload, including complex or high-risk cases
- Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and outreach
- Participate in community outreach and public relations initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written). Applicants must hold an active professional license.
- Demonstrated cultural competency and passion for serving Hispanic/Latino communities.
- Fully licensed clinician
