Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences to identify potential product opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to ongoing support and eventual retirement of the product.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for the product line.
- Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue targets, market share, and profitability for the product line.
- Conduct pricing analysis and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, customer support, and supply chain teams, to ensure smooth product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for the product line.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the product line remains innovative and relevant.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in product management, preferably in a similar industry or product category.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and meet business objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using market research and analytics tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- A passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient with using MS Excel & Power BI.
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) & English
- Previous experience as a Product Line Manager or similar role in the Consumer Electronic industry.
- Experience with new product introductions and product portfolio management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
