Real Estate Photographer & Videographer

Hise Estate is a growing real estate media company serving agents, brokerages, and property managers across the Myrtle Beach area. We deliver professional photography, drone footage, video walkthroughs, and 3D tours that help listings sell faster.

We are looking for a motivated, self-directed photographer to join our contractor team. You do not need years of experience to apply. What matters most is that you are eager to learn, dependable, and interested in building real skills in a growing industry.

This role is ideal for someone currently in school or recently graduated who wants hands-on business experience, flexible hours that fit their schedule, and income that scales with their effort.

Beyond photography, there is an opportunity to contribute to our sales pipeline by helping generate referrals, engaging with local agents, and booking new clients. This is entirely optional but rewarded, and represents a direct path to higher earnings and a larger role within the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Core Photography Services

- Photograph real estate listings using company-approved equipment and standards

- Capture drone footage and aerial photography (licensing support available)

- Assist with video walkthroughs and Matterport 3D tours as needed

- Upload all raw media to the company platform on shoot day

- Represent Hise Estate professionally at every client interaction

Sales & Growth Contribution

- Refer local real estate agents and property managers to Hise Estate

- Engage with agents and local businesses on social media to build brand visibility

- Log referral activity in the company CRM

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

- Reliable and self-motivated — you manage your own time and deliver without constant supervision

- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanour with clients

- Access to a reliable vehicle to travel to listings across the Myrtle Beach area

- Comfortable learning new technology and software platforms

Assets (no experience required — all considered)

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program (any field)

- Experience with photography, videography, or creative content production

- Familiarity with real estate, sales, or client-facing service roles

- FAA Part 107 drone certification, or willingness to obtain one (company support available)

- Familiarity with Aryeo, Matterport, CubiCasa, Lightroom, or similar tools

COMPENSATION

Based on our average order size and typical service time of one hour per appointment, contractors in this role earn an estimated ~$50/hr. Starting compensation is a $100/week base retainer plus 40% commission on gross profit per shoot, paid weekly via ACH every Thursday.

Your contract and compensation are reviewed after the first 60 days, with performance-based adjustments available.
